1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
DeerValley products are made with quality materials and excellent craftsmanship to provide the customers a long-lasting product. in the case of any defects in materials or craftsmanship under regular use were inspected in the first one year of delivery, DeerValley will provide replacement parts at no charge, or at its option, replace any product or part of the product that is deemed defective, under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase will be required in the case of a claim. SCRATCHES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free of manufacture defects during the above mentioned warranty time. Please keep a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase.

DeerValley will, at its option, (1) repair or replace the defective part(s) or product(s) at no charge; (2) issue a refund of the original purchase price of the product(s) (Valid within 30 days from the date of delivery); or (3) issue a credit to be applied toward the purchase of a new DeerValley product shipping/delivery charges may apply and are in DeerValley's sole discretion.

DeerValley recommends the installation to be made by a licensed, professional plumber. DeerValley will not be held responsible for any damage or product failure due to improper installation, misuse, or failure to use a licensed professional. DeerValley is not responsible for any removal or installation cost.

This limited warranty shall not apply to goods which have been subject to accident, negligence, improper installation, product abuse, product misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty.

DeerValley responsibility under this limited warranty is limited to only replacement parts and no other costs. DeerValley will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred by installation, repair or replacement, not for any indirect incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury or costs of any nature relating to this product. Except as provided by law, this limited warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions, and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those merchantability of fitness for use.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF OTHERS 
Inspecting the unit prior to installation is the responsibility of the installer or building contractor who acts on behalf of the user. They are responsible for insuring the unit is free of defect or damage. Notices are placed on and in the unit and on the shipping carton advising the installer of this responsibility. In the event of a problem, the unit must not be installed. DeerValley is not responsible for failures or damage that could have been discovered, repaired, or avoided by proper inspection and testing prior to installation.

Damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. The user or installer MUST open the crate and inspect the unit for damage when it is delivered. If damage is discovered, it must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier in writing, and an inspection requested. Failure of the carrier to respond should be reported to the seller and the carrier. Your freight claims should be filed promptly thereafter.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover instances of negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, carelessness, accident, hard water or mineral deposits, exposure to corrosive materials, misapplication, damages caused by improper maintenance, alteration of the product, or failure to follow care or installation instructions enclosed with your product. This warranty is void if the DeerValley product is subject to alteration, or if repairs are attempted by anyone other than an authorized agent of DeerValley. This warranty does not extend to plumbing or components installed by dealers, installers or by any party other than DeerValley.

DeerValley will not be liable for loss of use of the DeerValley inconvenience, or any other incidental or consequential costs, expense or damages. Please note that some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages.

DISCLAIMER
Except as expressly provided, there shall be no warranty or obligation, express or implied, oral or statutory. No dealer or other person has the authority to make any warranties or representations concerning DeerValley or its products. In no event shall DeerValley be held responsible for any such warranties or representations.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
