Frequently Asked Questions

My microwave will not power on?

If the control panel lights up when you press the buttons, but the microwave does not heat properly, ensure that the door is securely closed. If a large dish or other object is too close to the door, it may not be fully closed. The door must be closed to engage the safety interlocks and begin operation.

If your unit is not getting any power at all, first try plugging another device into the outlet, such as a night light or any small easy to use item. If the item works, your microwave may require service.

What is Sensor Cook and how do I use it?

The Sensor Cook categories are designed to detect the increasing humidity released by the food during the cooking process. The microwave oven sensor will automatically adjust the cooking time to the type and amount of food.

Before using Senor Cook check the following:

The unit has been plugged in for more than 2 minutes.
The exterior of your cooking container (if applicable) is dry.
The interior of your microwave is dry.

Follow the steps below to learn how to use Sensor Cooking:

On your control panel under the word ‘Sensor Cook’, select the food you wish to cook.
- For example, if you want to cook a potato, you will press the potato option.
Once selected, press Start / +30.
SCPO (Sensor Cook Potato) will appear on the LCD screen.

When the sensor detects the moisture emitted from the food, the cooking time will appear.

After the cooking time is finished, if you are not satisfied with the temperature of your food, press Sensor Reheat. This option will determine how much more time may be needed to cook your food. Once the moisture of your food is sensed, the remainder of cooking time will appear.

My microwave shuts off while cooking?

You can try plugging something else into the outlet, such as a night light, lamp or any small easy to use item. If the outlet is getting power, the microwave may have overheated.

Overheating can occur after several minutes of cooking (long cooking times) or if the microwave does not have proper ventilation. Please refer to the owner's manual regarding proper use and ventilation for your particular model. You can download your microwaves owner’s manual from our Documents & Files section.

If your microwave is ventilated properly and your outlet is working, but you’re still experiencing issues, your unit may require service.

My lightbulb is not working, can I replace it?

Unfortunately the lightbulb inside your model cannot be replaced by yourself. If your lightbulb is no longer working, a servicer will need to come to your location and replace this part.

Please note that the lightbulb is not covered under warranty and there may be a cost associated with replacing the lightbulb.

My light doesn’t come on when I open the microwave door?

Please note that this model does not have an interior light that automatically comes on when the door is opened.

If your lightbulb is not working at all, even while cooking, it will need to be replaced. If your lightbulb is no longer working, a servicer will need to come to your location and replace this part.

Please note that the lightbulb is not covered under warranty and there may be a cost associated with replacing the lightbulb.

My microwave is not heating or taking too long to heat food?

If the microwave operates but is not heating properly, it could be one of many components.

Please check the following:

Make sure the proper cooking setting was selected (sensor cooking).
Make sure you didn’t accidently select ‘Kitchen Timer’.
- A cooking feature must be selected when heating food or beverages.
Check to ensure the door is firmly closed.

After confirming the above if your microwave is still not heating, your unit may require service.

Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
