Speakman warrants to its end user purchasers only (“Buyer”) that goods purchased from Speakman or a Speakman authorized seller in the United States are sold free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform to Speakman’s specifications at the time of manufacturing, provided the goods are properly installed and maintained.  This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is not transferable to another person. PERFECT Ceramic Cartridges used in Speakman Commander® faucets are additionally warranted to be leak-free when used under normal conditions in accordance with installation and care instructions included with the product.  With respect to PERFECT Ceramic Cartridges used in Speakman Commander® faucets, this warranty applies only for use with potable water.

Speakman product finishes have a limited warranty period of 25 years from the date of purchase, except for Oil Rubbed Bronze and Matte Black finishes, which have a limited warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase.  Finish limited warranty is not covered if the finish is exposed to extreme use of cleaners containing abrasives and alcohol, extreme cleaning, extreme chemical use, or any damage due to abuse or neglect.

Because Speakman cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from Speakman or a Speakman authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  Speakman reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any goods that may prove to be defective within the warranty period and covered by this warranty shall be, at Speakman’s sole option, the repair or replacement of the defective goods.  Speakman reserves the right to refund the purchase price of such a product in the event Speakman is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
