ZLINE 30 in. 400 CFM Designer Series Wooden Wall Mount Range Hood (369UF-RS-30-400) meets make-up air requirements, while maintaining a powerful yet quiet high-performance motor and modern design.

This hood's high-performance 4-speed motor will provide all the power you need to quietly and efficiently ventilate your kitchen while cooking. The blower for this hood is remotely installed to provide powerful venting with significantly reduced noise. Modern features, including built-in lighting and dishwasher-safe stainless steel baffle filters for easy clean-up, will make using this hood a simple, enjoyable experience for years to come.

ZLINE Hoods are ETL Listed and have one of the easiest installations in the industry. Includes a 24 in. chimney with elegant crown molding for ceilings up to 9.5 ft. (must be custom cut to appropriate height) and a 61 in. Chimney Extension (not included) is available for ceilings up to 12.5 ft.

Coverage

ZLINE warranty periods begin from the original purchase date of the product and solely cover the original purchaser of the product, delivered new and in its original carton. The limited warranty covers all parts and labor (if applicable) for necessary repairs if any part of the product, or the product itself, proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

The product must be deemed serviceable via troubleshooting with the ZLINE Customer Service team. All service (if applicable) on ZLINE products under warranty must be performed by ZLINE-approved and ZLINE-certified service providers unless otherwise specified by ZLINE. Service will be provided during normal business hours. Products must be unobstructed and accessible to the service provider at the time of service.

ZLINE’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Additional injuries, losses, damages, or other inconveniences caused by product malfunction or defects in materials are not covered under the terms of this warranty.

Terms

ZLINE warranties apply only to the original purchaser of a ZLINE product installed for normal residential use. This is defined as a single-family, residential dwelling in a non-commercial setting. Any warranty claim stemming from installation, operation, or any other use within a commercial setting is not covered under this limited warranty. Commercial settings include, but are not limited to: schools, churches, hotels, restaurants, vacation rentals such as Airbnb, daycare centers, private clubs, fire stations, common areas in multi-family dwellings, nursing homes, food service locations, and institutional food service locations such as hospitals or correctional facilities.

This warranty is non-transferable and will not under any circumstance be extended based on the date of installation — the warranty period takes effect from the date of purchase and only covers the original purchaser. The warranty applies only to products installed in the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

Failure to secure certified warranty service (if applicable depending on the product) per these terms will result in a forfeiture of the remaining warranty. Out-of-pocket payments will not be reimbursed unless prior approval is received from ZLINE and/or ZLINE-certified service contract partners. Unapproved out-of-pocket payments for service will not be reimbursed. All warranty procedures must be followed to maintain warranty coverage.

If a product qualifies within the service window provided under these warranty terms, and ZLINE is unable to repair the product or a defective part of the product after a reasonable number of attempts, ZLINE reserves the right to offer to replace the defective part or the product or provide the original purchaser a full refund of the purchase price of the product (not including installation, removal, or other charges that were not included in the original purchase price).

The original purchaser of the product must provide the original proof of purchase, including the purchase date, when filing a claim to obtain replacement parts, service, or refunds. Additionally, the original purchaser of the product must provide the serial number of the product when filing a claim to obtain replacement parts, service, or refunds.

This warranty shall not apply to any ZLINE product in which the original factory serial number has been removed, altered, or cannot be readily determined for any reason. Further, ZLINE is not responsible for damage resulting from, but not limited to: shipment, delivery, or improper installation; negligence or improper maintenance, misuse, or abuse of the product; unauthorized alteration, modification, or tampering with the product; accident, fire, floods, pest infestations, pandemics, natural disasters, or any other unpreventable or unexplained acts of nature, commonly referred to as “acts of God”; flare-up fires or damages caused by improper electric supply, electrical line current, voltage, or power surges; and service to correct installation not in accordance with the instructions contained in ZLINE’s product manuals and/or with local government codes.

Please note: Information contained within ZLINE’s installation and user manuals, in addition to product information included on ZLINE’s website and all related digital listings, do not cover every possible condition and situation that may occur during the installation or operation of ZLINE products. ZLINE reserves the right to make changes at any time to its products when considered safe, necessary, and useful.

Do not install or operate any ZLINE product if it has missing or broken parts or if it arrives damaged due to shipping. If ZLINE products arrive damaged, contact Customer Service for help. Failure to report a damaged appliance prior to installation or operation may void the warranty.

ZLINE disclaims responsibility for damage or injury caused by improper installation or use of any of its products. ZLINE is under no obligation, by law or otherwise, to provide concessions, including repairs, prorates, rebates, discounts, or replacements, once the warranty has expired.

Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
