Any warranty claim must include the original sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase of a Range Hood from an AUTHORIZED Dealer or Dealer of an Authorized Distributor of KOBE Range Hoods products. Authorized Dealers can be found on our website or contact KOBE directly to verify. KOBE Range Hoods warrants all new and unopened products manufactured or supplied by it to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. In order to obtain warranty service, you must provide proof of original purchase from a KOBE authorized dealer. Please keep a copy of your original invoice as proof of purchase.
For two years from the date of your original invoice from a KOBE authorized dealer, we will repair any parts or components free of charge that failed due to manufacturing defects. KOBE reserves the right to replace, rather than repair the product free of charge at our sole discretion.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure the product is readily accessible for the service technician to perform repairs. The service technician will not, under any circumstance, remove, alter or modify any fixture built around and/or connected to the product to gain access to perform repairs.
For two years from the date of your original invoice from a KOBE authorized dealer, we will provide non-consumable replacement parts or components free of charge that failed due to manufacturing defects. Consumable parts such as light bulbs, filters, fuses, and oil cups are not covered by this warranty.

Can KOBE hood be used outside of the United States or Canada?Yes, but please change the power voltage and plug for the range hood to be suitable at your region. However, warranty does not apply. |

What is the maximum length that I can vent my range hood?The maximum length will be 50 feet (depending on model and installation). |
Why can't the KOBE range hood be more than the required height from the cooking surface?The required distance is the optimal distance between the hood and the cooking surface. KOBE range hood is powerful enough so it can be installed at a minimum of 26" for under cabinet and wall mount, and 30" for island hood. Any higher than the required height the effectiveness of the range hood will be reduced. |
How far does the hood have to be above the cooking surface?The recommended distance from the bottom of the range hood to the cooking surface is 26"~30" for under the cabinet and wall mount style hoods, 30"~36" for island hoods and 30"~36" for Dual Blower (1200 CFM) hood (accept Built-In hoods). |

Despite having the same material quality, Brillia line is more economical because it offers limited, basic functions. |
