Pelican Int’l will replace without any charge (excluding labor for installation and transportation) any Pelican Int’l stainless steel sink that was proven to be defective, provided that the sink has been used solely for residential use and has not been damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence. Pelican Int’l reserves the right to inspect any sink that is reported to be defective prior to replacement. All decisions are final. Replacement cost does not include any labor costs, transportation, removal, or reinstallation.
