The Fountain Series Faucets carry a limited lifetime warranty for as long as the original purchaser owns the home the faucet was originally installed in.

Pelican Int’l reserves the right to inspect any faucet that is reported to be defective prior to replacement. All decisions are final. Replacement cost does not include any labor costs, transportation, removal, or reinstallation.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Surface scratches
• Improper installation or fabrication
• Physical, chemical, or other abuse
• Damages after installation
• Improper care or maintenance
• Outdoor applications
• Commercial applications
• Any modifications to the product
• Product removed from its original place of installation
