Our products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period, as outlined below, from the date of your purchase.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED AS OUTLINED BELOW. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY BY STATE.

Our obligation is limited to the repair or replacement, in our sole discretion, of a product or part that proves, by our sole examination, to be defective under normal use and service during the warranty period. If a product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product or part of equal or greater value, in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to alternatively refund the money actually paid by you for the product, in our sole discretion. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a product/part or issue a refund. We may change these terms in our sole discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

If we elect to repair or replace the defective product or part, you are responsible for all costs for removal, reinstallation and labor, return shipping, insurance, and other charges incurred; but we will pay for shipping and handling fees to send the repaired or replacement product/part to you. We are not responsible for any damage incurred in transit. We reserve the right to use refurbished, repaired, or remanufactured products or parts in any warranty repair or replacement process. Such products and parts will be comparable in function and performance to an original product or part and warranted for the remainder of the initial warranty period.

Any failure of the product that is not traceable to a defect in material or workmanship is not covered by this Limited Warranty. These non-warrantable items include, but are not limited to:

• Any defects or damage to light bulbs;
• Change in color or finish due to chemical usage;
• Improper installation not in accordance with the instructions;
• Dents, bumps, and scratches incurred during shipping, handling, or installation;
• Damage caused by failure to follow care and cleaning guidelines, including damage caused by the use of abrasive cleaners;
• Alterations made to the unit/product by the purchaser or installer;
• Damage caused by accidental impact, fire, flood, freezing, or normal wear; and/or Bends and warping caused by forced connections, over-tightened fittings, or inadequate support during installation.

A thorough inspection must be made before installation, and any damage must be promptly reported. We will not be liable for any failure or damage that could have been discovered or avoided by proper inspection or testing prior to installation. Incidental repairs that would involve a minimum amount of time and effort for the purchaser will not be considered warranty work, and no compensation will be deemed forthcoming.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by any loss of use of the product or any other incidental or consequential damages; and we will not be liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from improper installation or use of the product. This Limited Warranty does not extend to commercial or institutional installation or use. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and shall be voided if the product is removed from its initial installation or if it is not installed following the instructions. This Limited Warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
