Made for us in Italy, the GC432B is a four-burner 30" wide gas cooktop conveniently sized to fit traditional 24" cutouts. The surface is constructed from durable steel in a black matte finish, a modern look ideal for any kitchen. Two continuous cast iron grates on each side of the cooktop allow for easy movement between burners, while the open-center design affords extra space when cooking with multiple pots and pans that can otherwise collide on smaller surfaces. The heavy-duty brass/aluminum knobs in a steel finish are located at the front of the unit for safe, convenient access. The knobs require a gentle push-to-turn motion to ignite, and the thermocouple flame protection ensures the gas turns off if the flame is extinguished.
