Dimensions

Wells Sinkware (Wells) warrants to the original owner of a Wells or Wentworth by Wells brand of stainless steel sink to be free of all manufacturing and material defects and that if it fails due to such defects under normal residential use for as long as he/she owns the property where the sink is installed, Wells will repair or replace such product at its option. Wells reserves the right to inspect product in question and its installation prior to the replacement or repair.

This warranty does not cover product failure or damage caused by (1) handling and/or improper installation (see Wells Sinkware Installation Guide); (2) modification of the product; (3) commercial use; (4) improper cleaning or maintenance, use of aggressive/corrosive chemicals such as photographic solutions, industrial acids, etc. (see A Wells Guide to Care and Cleaning of Stainless Steel Sinks); and (5) negligence, misuse, abuse, and environmental factors. This warranty also does not cover (6) normal wear including dents and scratches; (7) shipping costs, labor costs, or any other expenses related to the warranty service; and (8) obsolete, discontinued or display products.

Wells is not liable under this warranty for loss of this sink or other incidental, special or consequential costs, expenses or damages, including but not limited to, that resulting from removing and replacing this sinks prior and subsequent to the warranty service. No additional warranties, expressed or implied, are given including but not limited to that of merchantability or fitness for any particular purposes. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province.

Attn: Customer Service, PO Box 166137, Chicago, IL 60616 and include the following: (a) Date of purchase and installation; (b) Proof of Purchase (copy of original dated invoice); (c) Description of nature of defect; and (d) Model number, description of model and photograph(s) of the defect if possible.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
