Dimensions

1-Year Warranty:

We will provide free of charge, non-consumable replacement parts for the components that failed due to manufacturing defects. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below at it’s option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or material. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by ZLINE Kitchen on an exchange basis and will be either new or refurbished to be functional equivalent to new. The consumer is responsible for shipping costs.

Who is covered:

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser for products purchased for ordinary home use in the continental USA.

This warranty is void when:

Product damage through negligence, improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, and natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply. Abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions or any unauthorized disassembly repair, modifications or failure to follow the installation instructions or when product is used commercially or other than its intended purpose or damaged because of improper connection with equipment of other manufacturers. Repaired or modified by anyone other than authorized agents. This limited warranty does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or resold contrary to the US regulations.

What is not covered:

The natural wear of the finish, and wear due to improper maintenance, use of corrosive and abrasive cleaning products, pads and cleaning products. Chips, dents or cracks due to abuse, misuse, freight damage (not reported), or improper installation. Damage of product caused by accident, fire, flood or a natural hazard outside human control, we are not liable for and is not covered by warranty, any loss of properties or any cost associated with removing, servicing, installing or determining the source of problems with our products.

This warranty is valid in the United States. It is non-transferable and applies only to the purchaser and does not extend to subsequent owners of this product, any applicable implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability are limited in the duration to a period of express warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of original purchase at retail and no warranties, whether express or implied shall be applied to this product.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
